• What image formats are supported? +
  JPG, PNG, and WEBP are all supported. We recommend uploading the highest quality version available.
• Do unused credits roll over? +
  Yes! Any unused credits from Pay-as-you-go purchases or subscriptions remain in your account until you use them.
• Can I cancel anytime? +
  Yes — you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Unused credtis roll over, so you can use any remaining credits even after cancelling the subscription.
• What happens to my credits if I cancel? +
  Any remaining credits from previous purchases or subscriptions remain in your account and can be used even after cancellation.
• Can I get a refund? +

  Yes! You can request a refund by email (infopixorum@gmail.com) for any unused credits remaining in your balance. If you’re eligible for a refund, we will let you know and you will receive your refund in your payment method in around 3 days.

  You're only eligible for a refund if you have have generated fewer than 7 photos over the lifetime of your account. If you have already used Pixorum to restore or process images, we cannot offer a refund as costs incurred in processing are extremely high.

  In turn, our upstream providers do not let us ask for refunds for the GPU processing time used to generate your photos. This would make it a loss making endeavor for us. During sign up you agree to withhold your right to refund for this reason. Since credits are consumed per restoration and results depend on image quality, we do not offer refunds for used credits. However, if you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse any remaining credits.

  You can cancel your subscription at any time though: your subscription won't renew and you will not be charged again.

• How do credits work? +
  Each image restoration consumes 1 credit. You can purchase credits as Pay-as-you-go (without subscription) or receive a monthly/annual allocation via subscription plans. Bonus credits may also be awarded through promotions or referrals.
• How do I buy more credits? +
  You can purchase more credits anytime from your dashboard, either through Pay-as-you-go packs or by subscribing to a monthly/annual plan.
• What’s the difference between Pay-as-you-go and subscriptions? +
  Pay-as-you-go: Buy credits in packs when you need them. No renewal. Subscriptions: Get credits automatically every month or year, with discounted pricing per credit.
• Where can I manage my subscription? +
  In your dashboard, under the Account section in the navigation bar, you can view your active subscription, see upcoming renewals, or cancel anytime.
• Do you store my images? +
  Images are temporarily stored for processing and download purposes only. All images are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not retain images after delivery so if you do not download or save your image after it has been restored it can not be recovered and it will be necessary to upload a new one.
• Is there an affiliate/referral program? +
  We are currently working on it. If you are interested, please let us know by email.
• Do I need to subscribe to use the service? +
  No — you can use our service entirely with Pay-as-you-go credits if you prefer not to subscribe.
• Is there a limit on how many images I can restore? +
  There is no limit as long as you have credits in your account.
